Over the years, I have had the pleasure and honor of coaching both virtually and in-person with individuals and groups as well as at the corporate level; I coached students studying at The Institute for Integrative Nutrition for 11 years.

Let me gently guide you through your inner Goddess phases with deep hand-holding.
